Crunchy Christmas Salad

| Ingredients: |

4 c. (3/4 lb.) fresh broccoli florets |
|
4 c. (3/4 lb.) fresh cauliflower florets |
| |
1 medium red onion, coarsely chopped |
|
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved |
| |

| Preparation: |
|
In a large bowl, combine all vegetables.
|
Dressing Ingredients:
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Whip the dressing ingredients together until smooth; pour over vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Cover and chill at least 2 1/2 hours before serving.
