Orange Glazed Ham

Orange Glazed Ham  
Ingredients:  
  1 fully cooked semi-boneless ham (about 6 -7 lb.)   1 Tbsp. ground dry mustard
  1 Tbsp. ground dry allspice   3/4 c. orange marmalade
   
   
Preparation:  
Score the ham. Combine mustard and allspice; rub over ham. Place on rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 140 degrees.

Spread top of ham with marmalade during last hour of baking. Baste occasionally with pan juices.

Makes 12 – 16 servings.
