View Cart/Checkout Pickled Peach Salad Source: McCall Farms Click here for printer friendly version   Ingredients:     1 package (3 oz.) orange jello   1 cup boiling water   1 jar (22 oz.) Sunshine Pickled Peaches, undrained   1 cup finely chopped celery   1 cup chopped nuts (optional)       Preparation:   Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; set aside. Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice. Add peach juice to gelatin mixture and stir well. Coarsely chop the peaches and add with the celery and nuts to the gelatin mixture. Pour into individual molds. Dressing: Blend together small carton of pineapple yogurt, a spoonful of cool whip and a spoonful miracle whip.
