Cajun Pork Roast

| Ingredients: |

3 Tbsp. paprika |
|
1 Tbsp. garlic powder |
| |
2 tsp. dried crushed oregano |
|
2 tsp. dried crushed thyme |
| |
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
|
|
1/2 tsp. salt
|
| |
1/2 tsp. ground white pepper |
|
1/2 tsp. ground cumin |
| |
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg |
|
2 lb. boneless pork loin roast |
|

| Preparation: |
|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
|
Combine paprika, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, white pepper, cumin and nutmeg in small bowl; rub over all sides of roast. Place roast in shallow roasting pan.
|
Bake for 1 hour or until no longer pink in center and internal temperature of 155° to 160° F. is reached. Remove from oven, let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
