Garlic-Sage Butter Basted Turkey

| Ingredients: |

10-12 lb turkey |
|
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened |
| |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage |
|
2 large cloves garlic, minced |
| |
sage leaves, if desired
|
|
|
|

|
| Preparation: |
|
Stir together butter, sage and garlic.
|
Spread butter mixture under skin of turkey.
|
Arrange sage leaves under skin.
|
Roast turkey according to label directions.
|
Use any remaining butter mixture to baste turkey during roasting.
|
